The Bronx and surrounding boroughs have lots of great attractions.

Here are a few things our interns have really enjoyed about living in Bronx:

• Bronx Botanical Gardens, Bronx Zoo, restaurants and grocery stores on Arthur Avenue (the Little Italy of The Bronx)
• NYC-theatre, shopping, restaurants, Central Park, museums, dance, opera, comedy, music, architecture, history, tours, parks, gardens, ethnic food from around the world
• Quick access to Westchester, Putnam and Dutchess County, NY for weekend excursions to the country, just an hour away by car, from NYC!
• Local shopping center (Target, TJ Max, Marshall's, Aldi's)
• Local gyms, running trails and public parks
• Wide selection of deli/corner stores, known locally as "bodegas", supermarkets and food carts on West Kingsbridge Road
• Surrounding areas accessible by bus, subway, Long Island Railroad or MetroNorth railway
